Typhoon Ulysses weakened on Thursday morning as it moved to leave Luzon, but not after leaving record amounts of rainfall that displaced thousands of families in Central Luzon and parts of Metro Manila.

For those looking for ways to donate to or help the victims of the storm here are a few agencies you could contact.
The Alagang Kapatid Foundation of TV5 is now accepting donations.

Ambagan PH, which is a volunteer network formed to respond in crisis situations, is also open for donations.
