LANDBANK cuts transfer fees to P8 starting May 21

Published May 21, 2026 3:56 pm

Good news for LANDBANK account holders: the state-run bank has slashed its InstaPay transfer fees for person-to-person transactions, dropping the rate from P15 to just P8.

The discount applies to electronic fund transfers made through the bank's digital channels, specifically the LANDBANK Mobile Banking App and the iAccess online banking platform, starting May 21.

Transferring money below P1,000? LANDBANK is also waiving the fee for these transactions, allowing users to enjoy free InstaPay transfers for small-value transactions.

In the same announcement, LANDBANK said that it will also roll out zero-fee person-to-government payment services for select online public transactions. This upcoming feature will allow citizens to settle their taxes, community fees, and other mandatory public dues online without incurring any extra charges.

Finance Secretary and LANDBANK Chair Frederick D. Go said that this move will help "empower individuals, families, and small businesses to participate more actively in the digital economy."
