Daikin Philippines deepens commitment with new South Luzon Sales Office
Daikin Philippines has launched its first showroom in South Luzon, demonstrating its commitment to provide quality and energy efficient air-conditioning systems for all its clients.
The newly launched South Luzon Office is designed to be a one-stop shop in the region—combining its sales and service office, warehouse, and training facility to fulfill its goal of providing efficient air conditioners that offer high quality installation.
The branch houses 14 in-house after sales service personnel and eight sales engineers to ensure efficient and prompt service response to clients’ needs.
In the showroom, Daikin showcases its latest products and technology in air-conditioning for residential and commercial customers around the area and as far as the Bicol Region.
The showroom features its D-Smart Series lineup for residential and small office/home office (SOHO); SkyAir for commercial applications; VRV System for commercial buildings; and its latest innovation, Daikin Global Platform (GPF), a cloud-based controller set to release this November.
“This is not just a showroom for products, we want to show our solutions to the customers for air-conditioning and solutions, everything we can provide,” Daikin Philippines president Takayoshi Miki said.
As a one-stop shop, the South Luzon 12 years supply period for functional parts based on last production of unit/model.
Apart from showcasing its products and solutions, the South Luzon Showroom will also be used as the training center for South Luzon dealers and service centers.
Daikin Philippines will focus on upskilling through its Step-Up Training Program, which allows its dealers and installers to undergo free training programs to reach more customers and provide quality services.
“Our dealers are trained, their installation is very good. They’re also using very good Daikin installation materials. They are going to be trusted by consumers. This is our drive, not only quality products but also our quality dealer services,” Miki said.
The new office covers 81 authorized installers in South Luzon, supported through Daikin’s Daikin Installers Network (DINet). It has lined up 400 technicians for training and can accommodate more technicians and installers around the area.
“Even a small aircon shop that just started a business, we’re going to train them. After they are trained, they can apply to be our authorized dealer. In this sense, we’re going to expand nationwide because the market is expanding,” Miki said.
Daikin’s South Luzon Showroom is located along Tagaytay-Sta. Rosa Road in Brgy. Puting Kahoy, Silang, Cavite.
Operating since 2010, Daikin Philippines is engaged in the sales and distribution of Daikin air-conditioning units and spare parts, servicing of air-conditioning units, and related warranty services.
