PCSO provides mobility aids to General Santos City Lone District

The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office has turned over wheelchairs and crutches to the Lone District of General Santos City as part of its continuing efforts to strengthen community-based healthcare programs.
The turnover ceremony was held on Sept. 14 at the PCSO Main Office, with General Manager Melquiades Robles leading the formal handover to General Santos Representative Shirlyn Bañas-Nograles on behalf of the district.
Nograles thanked PCSO for its support, emphasizing that the donated items will greatly benefit residents, particularly those needing immediate mobility support.
The donation was made under PCSO’s Corporate Social Responsibility Program, through which the agency continues to extend medical assistance and mobility aids to local government units and communities across the country.
