COMELEC to hold ‘special registration’ in celebration of Father’s Day

The Commission on Elections continues to get creative as it looks to reach its goal of having four million new registrants for the May 2022 national and local polls.

This time, the government agency is prioritizing men and boys from June 21-23 (Monday to Wednesday) for a “special registration" that will take place during COMELEC hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at your local office.

“Kalalakihan, prayoridad ka!” a poster in its official Facebook page read, stating that the campaign is part of Father’s Day, which is set to be celebrated on Sunday, June 20.

Filipinos have until September 30 to register for the upcoming elections. After checking your eligibility to vote, you may refer below for the process:
