LIST: LGUs that accept walk-ins for vaccination

Several local government units (LGU) in Metro Manila are accepting walk-ins or vaccination without appointment for priority groups. These include Pateros, Manila, Muntinlupa, Navotas and Caloocan.

Pateros Mayor Miguel Ponce III announced via Facebook (FB) Live that walk-ins will be accommodated “after lunch” to prioritize those scheduled for the day.

“Ang lahat po ng nakarehistro ay talagang mabibigyan kayo ng prayoridad kaysa doon sa mga nagwawalk-in. Kaya ang inaadvise po namin mag walk-in tayo ng after lunch na, para mabigyang prayoridad ang lahat ng mga nagrehistro at nakatanggap ng text messages,” Ponce said on his recorded FB Live video.

In Manila, Mayor Francisco “Isko” Moreno has allowed walk-ins for A1-A5 in all vaccination sites starting June 22, after halting it the previous day. Manila inoculated 11,749 residents, up from 4,402, after allowing walk-ins on June 22.

Muntinlupa has also continued administering vaccines on A1-A5 priorities and on walk-in residents, subject to availability of vaccines.

According to Muncovac, Muntinlupa City’s vaccine program, the city has administered 136,242 doses—108,604 are first doses, and 27,639 second doses.

Navotas has inoculated 63,917 residents with their first dose and 17,358 are now fully vaccinated. The LGU is also accepting walk-ins at select vaccination sites.

Caloocan continues its vaccine deployment for A1-A5 priority groups. According to Mayor Oscar Malapitan’s FB page, inoculation of people with first dose will be from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m as of Jun. 22. For the second dose, deployment will be done in different locations.

COVID cases

As of Jun. 22, Manila has a total of 65,419 COVID cases with 1,101 active cases and 1,204 deaths and 63,114 recoveries. Navotas has a total of 10,982 confirmed cases, 368 deaths, 61 active cases, and 10,553 recoveries.

Muntinlupa has a total of 13,619 confirmed cases with 413 active cases, 361 deaths and 12,845 recoveries. And Caloocan has with a total of 37, 554 confirmed cases, 617 active cases, 1,055 deaths, and 35,882 recoveries.
