MMDA suspends number coding scheme on Nov. 10 due to Super Typhoon Uwan

The Metropolitan Manila Development has suspended the expanded number coding scheme in Metro Manila for Nov. 10 due to Super Typhoon Uwan.
"Paalala ng MMDA: Planuhin ang biyahe, mag-ingat sa pagmamaneho, at tiyaking updated sa mga weather reports," the advisory read.
Uwan intensified into a super typhoon on Nov. 9, with TCWS No. 5 raised in four areas in Luzon.
In Metro Manila, TCWS No. 3 has been hoisted.
The Department of Interior and Local Government has also announced suspension for classes in all levels on Nov. 10 and 11 in National Capital Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Negros Island Region, and Regions I, II, III, IV-A, IV-B, V, VI, VII, and VIII.
Government work has also been suspended in NCR, CAR, Regions I, II, III, IV-A, IV-B, V, and VIII.
