Victory Liner announces trip adjustments due to ongoing global oil crisis

Published Apr 06, 2026 9:27 pm

Bus operator Victory Liner has announced a reduction in service frequency, citing the impact of the global oil crisis on operations.

"Due to the ongoing fuel crisis, Victory Liner is currently facing significant operational challenges. As a result, the interval and frequency of our trips have been adjusted," it wrote on Monday.

The company asked travelers for their patience and understanding, noting that this step is necessary for them "to continue operating and serving our passengers sustainably."

"We remain committed to serving you safely and reliably, and we are doing everything we can to maintain our operations despite these challenges," Victory Liner said.

Tickets may be purchased directly at the terminals or through their conductors.

Victory Liner is just among the transportation companies announcing changes. Previously, Cebu Pacific and Philippine Airlines have made temporary network adjustments, including frequency reductions and flight cancellations.
