“Habang buhay po ako hihingi ng patawad”: Angel Locsin issues second apology for community pantry death
Angel Locsin has apologized anew for the 67-year-old man who died after collapsing while waiting in line at the community pantry she set up in Barangay Holy Spirit, Quezon City, further saying that she will help support the family of the deceased.
Taking to Instagram, the actress posted a full-black photo with a lengthy caption about the incident.
Locsin first asked forgiveness from the family of the deceased man, saying she had personally visited him at the hospital and paid her respects.
She also promised that she will also support the deceased man's family as long as she can.
“Ang nangyari po ay akin pong pagkakamali. Sana po’y wag madamay ang ibang community pantries na maganda po ang nangyari,” she said.
"Sa ngayon po, I will prioritize helping the family and I will make it my responsibility to help them get through this," Locsin added. "I am very very sorry."
