PCSO provides medical devices and mobility aids to Baras, Rizal

The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office turned over various medical devices and mobility aids to the Municipality of Baras, Rizal, on September 7, 2026, at the PCSO Main Office as part of the agency’s Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
Executive Assistant VI Maria Katrina Nicole Contacto-Ventanilla formally handed over the donation, which included wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, nebulizers, and oxygen tanks, to Municipal Administrator Armando Vallestero on behalf of Mayor Wilfredo Robles.
Vallestero expressed his appreciation to PCSO for the timely assistance, noting that the donated items will be distributed to senior citizens, persons with disabilities, and indigent families.
He added that the donation would help improve the recipients’ mobility, independence, and overall quality of life, particularly those who have long struggled without access to essential assistive devices.
Through its CSR initiatives, PCSO continues to deliver responsive health and social support to underserved communities nationwide, helping address the needs of vulnerable individuals and families.
