It's Women's Month! How do you plan to celebrate yourself and your besties this month?
There are many ways to honor womanhood with your favorite girlies—from planning a self-care day and supporting women-led brands to finally booking that long-overdue brunch.
If you’re looking for more ways to celebrate, several activities are happening around the metro this month. Whether you’re going on a shopping spree, hitting a new PR, or joining a heritage tour, there’s something for everyone.
Here are some events you can check out this Women’s Month.
Stargazing, astro-workshops at DOST-PAGASA

This weekend, DOST-Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration is holding activities for women and girls in astronomy.
Enjoy a free stargazing and telescope viewing from Friday, March 6, to Saturday, March 7, 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., to admire the moon and Jupiter. There's also a free planetarium show from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. onMarch 6, and from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on March 7.
On March 7, a free astro workshop will be held at the Planetarium, where participants will learn more about constellations, admire the cosmic zoom, and participate in other exciting activities. Learn more about it here.
Cultural events at Intramuros

There are so many events in store for women happening in Intramuros this month. This weekend, enjoy purple freebies at Fort Santiago on March 6, a Zumba session at Pasig River Esplanade, and a special Tranventures within the Walled City on March 8.
There's also a Tourong Kalikasan day at Casa Blanca and Casa Manila Patio on March 12, Film Fridays: 100 on March 13 at Baluarte de San Diego, inspiration talks on March 15, and a Likha ng Kababaihan Workshop at Fort Santiago and Pasig River Esplanade on March 21.
MOA Beauty Cafe

Attention, beauty junkies! From March 3 to 15, explore different beauty brands at this pop-up, as well as interactive stations, and exclusive matcha drinks from Matchaneseph.
Entrance is free.
Heritage Trip in Quezon City
Looking for ways to spend your weekend? Hop on the QC Purple Bus and join the heritage tour on March 7, brought by the QC Gender and Development Council Office.
The tour will begin at Quezon City Memorial Circle, Bahay Modernismo, Quezon Heritage House, and a walking tour at Quezon City Hall.
You will also stop by the General Jacinto Monument and the Tandang Sora Shrine, before wrapping up at the Tandang Sora Women's Museum.

2026 FCC Women's Run PH

Women and girls in their running era will gather at SM MOA Complex for the 2026 FCC Women's Run on March 8. The fun run is divided into three categories: 1K, 5K, 10K, and 16K.
The event will also feature fun, exciting games from sponsor brands like Belo, Watsons, The Oracle, Celeteque, and iWhite Korea, among others.

Girls' Day Out at Ayala Museum
If art is your thing, have a girls' day out with your besties at Ayala Museum. This March, female visitors of all ages who purchase a full-access ticket (regular or discounted) can bring a friend along for free.
You can redeem the free pass for your plus one onsite. This promo is valid on any date this March, good for one-time use only. Note that this does not apply to group bookings of 20 people or more.
