Fulbright and EducationUSA open applications for US graduate cohort program in AI, nuclear, and space STEM
EducationUSA Philippines and Fulbright Philippines have launched a joint search for 15 Filipino future leaders to join their prestigious Graduate Studies Cohort Program.
The merit-based program provides a clear pathway to top US graduate schools in AI, nuclear power, and space science. It fixes common hurdles like limited information and a lack of mentorship by guiding Filipino applicants through every step of the application process.
To help participants ace their admissions, the program provides personalized one-on-one advising, group learning sessions, skills workshops, and direct access to U.S. university representatives and alumni.
The Artificial Intelligence cohort is geared toward advanced manufacturing, data science, intelligent systems, robotics, and semiconductor engineering. Meanwhile, the Civil-Nuclear Power Generation cohort offers specialized guidance in nuclear engineering, energy systems, reactor technologies, nuclear safety, and clean energy development.
Finally, the Space Science & Technology track will support pioneers in aerospace engineering, satellite systems, remote sensing planetary science, and space-related technologies.
Organizers are calling on Filipino STEM students and professionals with strong academic and leadership potential to step forward. They noted that the program is not a scholarship and does not guarantee admission to a US graduate program.
To be eligible, you must be a Filipino citizen or a Philippine-based applicant who holds a Bachelor’s degree (or is currently in their final year of college). While professional experience is not required, it will make your application more competitive.
Submitting English proficiency scores is completely optional. However, if you already have them, competitive targets include a 80+ for TOEFL iBT, 6.5+ for IELTS Academic, or 105+ for the Duolingo English Test.
Applicants are reminded that all submissions must be accurate, complete, and written in English—AI-generated content is prohibited.
Aspring graduate students may apply here. The deadline for the application is on June 30.
