Want to explore the University of the Philippines Diliman campus after dark?

With spooky season in full swing, there’s more to do than attend parties. On Nov. 6, UP Diliman is inviting visitors to experience the campus at night through “After kaDILIMAN,” a free guided night tour featuring stories of haunted legends, historical landmarks, folklore, and personal experiences tied to the university.

The tour offers a different way to see the familiar campus grounds as participants walk through UP Diliman while listening to stories that have been passed down and experiences that have shaped the way people see the university.

It will be led by Benjamin Canapi of WanderManila, who will share UP Diliman’s history, folklore, and intriguing stories while offering a fresh perspective on the campus.

Participants are encouraged to bring a reusable water tumbler, comfortable clothes and walking shoes for an enjoyable stroll, snacks, extra clothes and a face towel, a handheld fan, and an umbrella in case of rain.

They are also encouraged to listen, share their own experiences, and discover the stories that make the campus more than just a place of learning.

The event is free and open to everyone, with UP alumni given priority. Slots are limited, so register as soon as you can via this link.

“After kaDILIMAN” will take place on Nov. 6, 2026, at 5 p.m. The assembly place is at Quezon Hall, UP Diliman.
