The excitement surrounding Miss Universe Philippines is reaching its peak, much like the blazing sun in the height of summer as the MUPH 2024 delegates serve looks with their hot and sultry official swimsuit photos.
Over 50 candidates nationwide showed off their looks with striking poses, setting the pageant fever ablaze while wearing their hand-picked swimsuits.
Before this, all the candidates dazzled Pinoy pageant fans with official headshots, marking the pageant's beginning of the competition. However, the municipality of Kananga's representative, Natasha Jung, announced her withdrawal from this year's pageant edition on her Instagram account, detailing that she decided to discontinue her journey to the crown "due to personal reasons."
"As of the moment, I would like to prioritize my personal growth and commitments and not to further involve the organization on the matter," Natasha wrote.
Meanwhile, the upcoming Miss Universe Philippines 2024 will see a new queen taking over the reign of Michelle Dee, who represented Makati City during last year's local competition and the Philippines on the world stage. The winner will then represent the Philippines in the global 73rd Miss Universe, which is set to be held in Mexico.
The MUPH organization has yet to announce the date for the fifth edition of the pageant.
