SLEX, STAR tollway to hike rates starting July 1
Heads up, motorists! Toll rates at the South Luzon Expressway and Southern Tagalog Arterial Road (STAR Tollway) will be increasing starting July 1.
The Toll Regulatory Board has announced the price hikes that will be implemented on Tuesday.
This comes as the second tranche of the previously approved petition for periodic toll adjustment. To recall, the first tranche was made effective last Jan. 1, 2026.
For SLEX, the Alabang to Calamba section will see an increase of P11, P21, and P32, for Class 1, 2, and 3 vehicles, respectively.
Meanwhile, Calamba to Sto. Tomas will get an additional rate of P3, P6, and P9 for Class 1, 2, and 3.
Those traveling from Alabang to Sto. Tomas, or end-to-end, can expect a P14, P27, and P41 hike for respective vehicle classes.
On the other hand, toll fees for STAR Tollway's Sto. Tomas to Lipa section will increase by P4, P9, and P13, while rates for its Lipa to Batangas City portion will hike by P4, P8, and P12.
If you're traveling from end-to-end, there will be an additional P8, P17, and P26 to your toll fees.
Check out the new fees below.
