After nine weeks of fierce and intense competition, Maxie Andreison of San Andres Bukid, Manila, snatched the crown and reigned supreme as the next Pinay Drag Superstar!

As the winner of Drag Race Philippines season 3 winner, Maxie will take home a one-year supply of Anastasia Beverly Hills Cosmetics and a cash prize of P1,000,000.

In the season finale, Asia's "Drag Singing Superstar" performed live during the Totally Impressive Talent Show Extravaganza. She then lipsynced against Khianna for the title to the tune of Lipad ng Pangarap by Angeline Quinto and Regine Velasquez.

For the Grand finale Extravaganza look category, she first channeled an elevated look of her 11-year-old self in the "First Time's A Charm" look.

Moreover, she paid homage to Lalahon, a mythical nymph from Visayan folk tales, seen as the goddess of harvest and guardian of volcanoes in the finale's "Art Attack Extravaganza" look.

For her "Best Drag" Look, she rocked the main stage wearing a fully sequined red sexy gown whom she described as "flowing like a lava."

When asked why she joined the third season of Drag Race Philippines, Maxie said, "Syempre gusto ko rin po ma-kumpleto drag fantasy ko. Hindi ko natapos at hindi ko po nakuha yung korona nung nirepresenta ko yung Pilipinas sa international stage, gusto ko lang patunayan sa mga fans at followers ko na kaya ko kumuha and kaya kong mapasama sa top 4, marami rin akong ibubuga hindi lang pagkanta."

"Huwag na huwag kayong mapapagod na ipaglaban ang pangarap niyo dahil balang araw makakamtan niyo rin [ito] gaya ng nangyari sa akin ngayon," she added.

Throughout the season, Maxie earned three Rubadges—the most in the Philippine franchise so far.

Versex, meanwhile, was crowned as this season's Miss Congeniality, following last year's winner, Hana Beshie.

The third installment of Drag Race Philippines aired last Aug. 7 at Wow Presents Plus and HBO Go.

Captivating KatKat won the sophomore season of the local franchise last year, succeeding Precious Paula Nicole, who bagged the crown in 2022.
