LIST: House of Representatives members who have released their SALN
More lawmakers are making their Statement of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth public.
Ombudsman Jesus Crispin Remulla recently restored public access to these documents in a move towards transparency amid the flood control corruption scandal.
While request forms for these statements are yet to be available, some lawmakers already went ahead and disclosed their financial connections, business interests, and relatives in government service.
Who has released their SALNs so far?
House Speaker Faustino "Bojie" Dy III
After vowing to disclose his SALN, House Speaker Faustino "Bojie" Dy III disclosed that he's worth P74.019 million as of July 2025, with assets worth P121,144,271.31 and liabilities amounting to P47,124,876.71.
He is a partner of Queen Isabela Agriventures and Love Cakes by Ann & Gan Co., and a stockholder of Isabela Hotel & Resort by Dy, Inc. and Northeastern Broadcasting Services, Inc.
His SALN also revealed that he has 16 relatives in government, including his sons Quezon City Rep. Faustino Dy V and Echague, Isabela Mayor Francis Faustino Dy. His brothers Victor Dy, Manuel Faustino Dy, and Faustino Dy IV are board members in Isabela (4th and 5th distcits) and mayor of San Manuel, Isabela, respectively.
Furthermore, he has nephews and a niece working in Isabela's local government.
Rep. Chel Diokno
In September, the members of the Akbayan Reform bloc released their SALNs. As of July 1, 2025, Rep. Chel Diokno declared P13.1 million total assets in his 9-page SALN.
His assets are worth P13,185,829.97, which includes shares of stock in IPM Holdings, Inc., Galileo Software Services, Inc., EpicMedia Productions, Inc., Diokno Training Center, Inc., Far Eastern University, and FERN Realty Corporation. Meanwhile, he has liabilities amounting to P50,625.
Diokno also has relatives in government service, which have been redacted.
Rep. Dadah Ismula
In her July 1, 2025 SALN, Rep. Dadah Ismula declared that she has a P3.2 million net worth.
Her assets include a house and lot, gadgets worth P180,000, jewelry, appliances, cash on hand—which in total are worth P4.04 million. Meanwhile, her liabilities include a house and lot worth P798,953.09.
She also has relatives working in the government.
Rep. Percival Cendaña
In Rep. Percival Cendaña's SALN as of June 30, 2025, he listed having P1 million in assets (appliances and cash on bank) and no liablities.
He has no relatives in government service.
Rep. Arlene Bag-ao
The lone representative of the Dinagat Islands district in Mindanao declared P15M in total assets as of July 1, 2025.
She also indicated her partnership to law firm Mendoza Bag-ao & Manuel since June 2009 and having five relatives in government service.
Rep. Antonio Tinio
The ACT Teachers party-list solon confirmed P10.9M net worth of assets as of July 1, 2025.
Rep. Sara Elago
The lawmaker of women's rights group Gabriela listed having a P1.1 million net worth as of Sept. 17, 2025.
Rep. Renee Co
The 27-year-old Kabataan party-list solon owns P280,000 in total assets as of July 1, 2025. She also stated that she has relatives in government office.
Rep. Kiko Barzaga
The 4th District of Cavite solon posted his SALN casually on Facebook, declaring that he's worth P5.375 million.
Rep. Leila de Lima
The Mamamayang Liberal Party-list Representative revealed that she has a net worth of P10,781,711, with assets including two cars, jewelry, and cash on hand.
She listed no liabilities, business interests, and relatives in government.
Rep. Raymond Mendoza
House Deputy Speaker and TUCP Party-list Rep. Raymond Mendoza disclosed that he's worth P35,965,524.54.
His business interests include MENCA Devt. Corporation.
Additionally, Mendoza has four relatives in government service, including his wife Cotabato Gov. Emmylou Talño-Mendoza and daughter Quezon City 3rd District Rep. Ma. Alana Samantha Santos.
Rep. Jocelyn Tulfo
ACT-CIS Party-list Rep. Jocelyn Tulfo filed a joint SALN with her husband, Sen. Raffy Tulfo.
The couple has a net worth of P1,052,997,100, including nine real estate properties, vehicles, and bank accounts.
They listed no liabilities or debts.
Rep. Eli San Fernando
Kamanggagawa Rep. Eli San Fernando disclosed that he is worth P2,248,000, with assets including a house and lot and cash in bank.
His business interests include Ultima Carta Consultancy Services, Inc. and he has no relatives in government service.
Rep. Julio Ledesma IV
Negros Occidental 1st District Rep. Julio "Jules" Ledesma IV released his SALN, stating that he is worth P5,825,772,721.59.
His assets include two house and lot units, equity instruments, art, antiques, and other collectibles amounting to P6.4 million.
Meanwhile, he has P568,925,236.82 in tax liabilities.
Ledesma's relatives in the government include his son Julio Carlos Tomas Ledesma working as a CPAO at the House of Representatives, first cousin Pangasinan 3rd District Rep. Maria Rachel Arenas, and granddaughter First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos.
On Oct. 22, Dy reconstituted the SALN Review and Compliance Committee in the House of Representatives. This comes after he said the lower chamber would review its guidelines on the release of the financial document.
The committee would constitute of TGP Party-list Rep. Jose “Bong” J. Teves Jr., Tarlac 2nd District Rep. Maria Cristina C. Angeles, Quezon 1st District Rep. Wilfrido Mark M. Enverga, Ilocos Norte 2nd District Rep. Angelo M. Barba, and Dinagat Islands Lone District Rep. Arlene J. Bag-ao.
