Justin Bieber's postponed Justice World Tour in Manila is officially cancelled

Is it too late now to say sorry?

In an email sent to patrons, ticketing service SISTIC announced on March 1 that Justin Bieber's Justice World Tour in Manila is "officially cancelled."

They added that all fans who have purchased tickets via SISTIC will receive a full refund and no further action will be necessary.

Furthermore, they are already processing the refund requests done since last year.

SISTIC reminded its patrons for their patience as they are "anticipating a high volume of refunds" and that refund may take up to "3 billing cycles or longer" depending on their payment method.

Meanwhile, SM Tickets, the concert's other official ticket vendor, have yet to release an official statement regarding the cancellation.

The Sorry singer was slated to visit the Philippines on October 29, 2023 at the CCP Open Grounds as part of his Asia tour.

However, in October 7, AEG Presents Asia confirmed that all shows, including March 25, have been postponed to 2023.

This came after Justin announced that he would be taking a break to focus on his health, as he also had been diagnosed with Ramsay-Hunt syndrome at that time.
