My Chemical Romance announces refund guidelines for November concert in Bulacan
My Chemical Romance has rescheduled their Bulacan concert for Nov. 14 at the Philippine Arena. In response to the change, PULP Live World issued updates on e-tickets and refund options.
If you already have tickets (including shuttle service), hold onto them—they are still valid for the new show. For those who can’t make it in November, the concert organizer has outlined the refund process and updated e-ticket details to help you out.
For those who would like to refund their tickets, you may do so from Jan. 7 to 14. Requests made after this date will not be accepted or processed.
If you purchased through PULP, you must complete your refund form for tickets or this dedicated link for shuttle services.
Meanwhile, international buyers without a local bank account should email support@pulptickets.com with "MCR INT’L PURCHASE: ORDER NUMBER" in the subject line.
TicketNet buyers can submit their requests via this form and should wait for a representative to reach out regarding the claim process.
For SM Tickets, the process depends on the payment method: Metro Manila cash buyers should register at smtickets.com/refund to schedule an appointment, provincial cash buyers must email customercare@smtickets.com with "Refund Request: My Chemical Romance South East Asia 2026 Tour in Bulacan" in the subject line.
For card or online purchasers, email customercare@smtickets.com to request a reversal, including a clear photo or scan of the physical ticket. Use the subject line: "Reversal Request: My Chemical Romance."
Originally set for April 26, My Chemical Romance announced on Dec. 20 that they have postponed their Asia tour to later this year. Aside from the Philippines, they will also be performing in South Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
"We very much look forward to coming to see you all in November. All other shows for 2026 will continue as planned. Thank you for your understanding and continued support," they added.
