Binibining Pilipinas is back, and it’s ready to take the local pageant scene by storm.

Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray and Miss Grand International 2016 first runner-up Nicole Cordoves are returning to the Binibining Pilipinas stage as its first all-female hosts for the coronation night on July 11, 2021.

Gray announced her hosting stint with Cordoves on her Instagram post yesterday, June 5. The post also showed the beauty queens wearing black swimsuits, looking fierce and statuesque.

“Pageantry Redefined. @binibiningnicolecordoves and I are your first all-female hosting tandem in herstory for #BinibiningPilipinas2021 [emojis] @bbpilipinasofficial,” Gray wrote.

After several postponements due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Binibining Pilipinas 2021 is set to host its grand coronation night at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

In the pageant, 34 candidates are set to compete for the Binibining Pilipinas International, Binibining Pilipinas Intercontinental, Binibining Pilipinas Globe, and Binibining Pilipinas Grand International titles. The winners will represent the country in their respective international pageants.

The Miss World Philippines pageant will also hold its grand coronation night on July 11, where 45 candidates will compete for the Miss World Philippines, Miss Supranational, Reina Hispanoamericana, and Miss Eco International titles.
