LOOK: All-female Team Philippines marches in SEA Games 2023 Parade of Nations
Team Philippines is all set to clinch more medals at the 32nd Southeast Asian Games after its all-female delegation marched at the event's opening ceremony in Cambodia tonight, May 5.

SEA Games 2023 opened on Friday night with a colorful ceremony that began with an extravagant and melodic performance depicting the rich history and culture of Cambodia.
It was preceded by the Parade of Nations participated by 11 nations across the region of Southeast Asia.
Team Philippines' all-female delegation was accompanied by two men: Philippine Olympic Committee President Bambol Tolentino and Chef de Mission Chito Loyzaga.
The delegates showcased Pinoy pride with their "Araw" Barong Tagalog by renowned fashion designer Francis Libiran.
This year's SEA Games marks the second time Valdez was given the honor to carry the country's flag in the Parade of Nations. The first time was in the 2015 SEA Games in Singapore.
The star spiker previously expressed how honored she is to be endowed with this "big responsibility," and said that she is sharing it "with all the women in sports who brought honor and glory to the country."
SEA Games 2023 is taking place from May 5 to 17. Several competitions, including chess, cricket, and football, commerced a week before on April 29. Team Philippines stands in second place on the medal tally as of 9 a.m. on May 5, with 2 gold, 2 silver, and 3 bronze medals.
