Ayala Land Estates charges forward with momentum this 2024

Esteemed integrated, mixed-use property developer Ayala Land Estates Inc. (ALEI) held their 2024 Mid-Year Sales Awards on Thursday, July 11, at The Space, One Ayala, Makati City.
With the theme, “Move with Momentum. Mark Your Moment. Make 2024 Monumental!” that doubles as their battle cry, the event celebrated the organization’s collective achievements from the past six months. With the first half of the year done, they are still on track with their vision to become the country’s partner in building communities, enriching lives, and contributing to nation-building.
Attended by the brand ambassadors of Ayala Land Estates Inc. (ALEI), the celebration also served as an opportunity to recognize and point the spotlight to individuals who have gone above and beyond the goal of developing sustainable estates and inclusive communities.
In his opening remarks, Estates Broker Head Deo Ignacio emphasized that the past six months was not just about looking back but charging forward.
“Move with Momentum reminds us that the journey does not stop here. It challenges us to keep pushing, to keep striving for excellence, and to maintain the energy and drive that have brought us this far. The successes we celebrate today are the foundation for even greater achievements in the future,” Ignacio stated.
The first half of 2024 witnessed milestones where ALI secured key clients, turned transactions around and provided efficient after-sales service. ALEI Group Head Chris Maglanoc emphasized these achievements in his message. He also expressed his gratitude for the grit and hard work displayed by the team in the last six months—a period of both successes and challenges.
The event celebrated an elite group of ALEI ambassadors for their outstanding performance. Five key awards including “Highest Number of Lots Sold,” “Highest Number of Values Sold,” and “Top Division with the Highest Sales Value Sold” were awarded to respective in-house and broker channels.
ALEI Ambassador awardee Mark Ryan Gomez shared that consistency was the secret that helped him achieve his targets. “Buyers are looking for properties that have high potential for price appreciation so I make sure I’m always ready: studying my projects and updating my clients with promo terms and incentives,” he said.
The night capped off with the raffle of a major prize: the BYD ATTO 3 Premium Variant, a top-notch electric vehicle (EV) unit. (Unsurprisingly, even the prize that was given away for the first time in the history of Ayala Land Estates, was still aligned with the themes of sustainability and efficiency.)
The lucky BYD ATTO 3 Premium Variant winner was none other than Jeff Mari from Primespace Infinite Real Estates Solutions Inc. Mari was also the recipient of two awards: “Top 1 Highest Number of Lots Sold for the First Half of 2024” and “Top 2 Highest Value Sold for the First Half of 2024.
Senior Project Development and Sales Head Mayi Rodriguez closed the night with words fueled with drive, encouragement, and—of course—momentum.
“As we look ahead to the rest of the year, let us carry forward the momentum we’ve built. The first half of the year has shown us what we are capable of achieving, and we are excited for the opportunities that lie ahead,” Rodriguez said. “I have no doubts that our momentum will make the rest of the year even more successful!”
With an already remarkable first half for Ayala Land, the company can only look ahead for continued growth and success for the rest of the year.
