Double gold-winning Olympian Carlos Yulo has received the keys to his P32 million condominium unit from Megaworld.

The three-bedroom fully furnished home and P3 million from the company was turned over to the 24-year-old gymnast on Aug. 12 at the Venice Grand Canal in Taguig.

Carlos' unit features a modern contemporary look with sleek lines and neutral tones. A nod to the gymnast's gold medals, the space has hints of gold and nods to his Olympic career.

It also comes fully furnished with appliances like a refrigerator, microwave, and four-burner cooktop with oven in the kitchen, and washing and drying machines. The living room is also fitted with four smart TVs and a gaming console, while the dining area has a long table that can accommodate up to six to eight people.

One of the most eye-catching pieces in the living space is a custom-made nesting coffee table with a replica of the 2024 Paris Olympics gold medal.

Meanwhile, the hallway leading to Carlos' new bedrooms is designed with newspaper clippings celebrating his historic win.

Besides the living room, Carlos can kick back and relax in one of the three bedrooms which Megaworld designed to be an entertainment room.

The condominium itself also has facilities and amenities like an infinity pool fitness center, game room, business center, and a bar and lounge.

Earlier in the month, Megaworld announced that it was rewarding Filipinos who take home Olympic gold medals with a fully-furnished two-bedroom condo unit valued at P24 million inside the McKinley township in Taguig City. This was later upgraded to a condo worth P32 million and a P3 million cash bonus after the gymnast bagged double gold.

In 2021, the country's first gold-winning Olympian Hidilyn Diaz was awarded a condo unit worth P14 million at One Eastwood Avenue by the same firm.

In addition to the condo unit, Carlos is set to receive prizes including a house and lot worth P6 million in Nasugbu, Batangas, P20 million from the government, P14 million from the House of Representatives, P3 million from Bounty Fresh Group Holdings Inc., P2 million from the City of Manila, and more.
