Miranda Priestly's NYC townhouse from 'The Devil Wears Prada' is for sale for P1.5 billion
The famous Manhattan house that was the home of fictional character Miranda Priestly (portrayed by Meryl Streep) in the cult-favorite film The Devil Wears Prada is now up for sale.
Yes, that very same home that Andrea Sachs (portrayed by Anne Hathaway) was ordered to deliver the book to is currently listed at Modlin Group for $27 million or P1.5 billion.
Built in 1907, the famous Neo-Italian Renaissance style six-story townhouse located at 129 East 73rd Street, Upper East Side in New York City boasts an elegant style featuring limestone, marble, and woodworking by Diamond Barrat. The façade features a double door with a guilloche enframement.
In the first floor is a marble fireplace where you can chill while sitting on the velvet chairs.
It also has a powder room and large coat closets leading to a door that features an accent of Anigre wood paneling.
