Ijo Bakery partners with Tiger Sugar for limited-edition croissants available in Metro Manila

Fans of Ijo Bakery—an up-and-coming baked goods store in Lipa, Batangas—can now look forward to more offerings with greater availability even in Metro Manila.

This is all thanks to a partnership between the bakery and Tiger Sugar announced just ahead of Valentine's Day this year.

Specifically, Ijo Bakery fans in Metro Manila can enjoy their famed croissants without having to drive or commute unreliably hours away to another region.

Select Tiger Sugar capital region branches that offer these special croissants include Del Monte Avenue, Robinsons Magnolia, Trinoma, Megamall, SM Aura Premier, Ayala Malls Serin, and Glorietta.

These stores offer the best-selling plain and chocolate croissant varieties together with Tiger Sugar drinks.

Moreover, fans can look forward to three new flavors specifically made for Tiger Sugar. Thus, the official lineup consists of Classic Croissant, Croissant Au Lait (served with milk), Ham and Cheese Croissant, Chocolate Hazelnut Croissant, and Brown Sugar Almond Croissant.

Tiger Sugar advised locals that these are only available in limited servings per day. It has since posted contact numbers of participating stores for inquiring customers.

Ijo Bakery's croissants are promoted as "crunchy on the outside and flaky on the inside, baked to perfection." Aside from this, the bakery is known for a range of other pastries, such as cruffins, pain au chocolat, and pull-apart kuron, among others.

The Batangas brand celebrated its second anniversary around a week ago, thanking its employees and customers alike.

"Your trust and support have always been the biggest drivers for our continued growth. May we keep on thriving. I hope to outshine our past achievements in the future," Ijo Bakery posted.
