Did the comeback of Starbucks’ best-selling Christmas peppermint drink bring you delight?
When sticker collection for the 2022 Starbucks Traditions line officially kicked off on Nov. 2, various coffee lovers braved long queues to enjoy not only the launch of limited-edition holiday offerings, but also the comeback of its Christmas drinks that are hotly anticipated every year.
If you’re one of those who can’t get enough of the good ol’ Peppermint Mocha, you’d be happy to know that the food and beverage brand is now selling its donut version with a chocolate peppermint base.
Priced at P65 each, the new Chocolate Peppermint Doughnut is a “light and fluffy dough glazed with chocolate peppermint, finished with white, red, and green chocolate drizzle.” Starbucks said it’s best paired with Cold Foam Iced Espresso—but if you missed it so much that you want to go all out with choco peppermint, then, by all means, devour it with the Peppermint Mocha drink! After all, you’d only get to enjoy such menu items for a limited time.
Aside from the Chocolate Peppermint Doughnut, the coffee brand has also introduced the Purple Yummy Cake (P215/P1,720) and the Ham and Cheese Pinwheel (P90) in its product list for the Yuletide season. There’s also the new Confetti Cookie Latte (P180/P195/P210) as well as the new Toffee Nut Crunch Cold Brew (P185/P200/P215) you might equally love to try. All the aforementioned food and beverages are now available on GrabFood and in all Starbucks stores nationwide—just note that prices will vary.
