Time for game night? This hotel offers luxury suites complete with gaming PCs and consoles
It's a gamer's dream to be able to play while on vacation, but hauling an entire gaming PC and console in your luggage can be a hassle. A hotel in Singapore makes staycations more fun as it opened luxury gaming suites complete with all your gaming needs.
In partnership with Razer, Fairmont Singapore offers three kinds of luxury suites with gaming PCs, consoles, gaming headsets, streamer gear, neon lighting, and gaming chairs for guests to enjoy.
The first of the rooms is a Gamer and Streamer suite with booths for 5v5 competitions—it's perfect for those who want to play Valorant or Dota 2.
Each booth features 27-inch Razer Raptor monitors, Huntsman V2 keyboards, BlackShark V2 headsets, and Iskur gaming chairs. It can house up to 11 gamers.
Players can bring their own gaming laptop or use the Razer Blade with NVIDIA RTX 30 series graphics for their playtime.
The next suite is a Console Lounge for those who love playing on a PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X. They can enjoy triple A titles like Call of Duty: Warzone, The Last of Us, Forza Horizon 5, and more on these consoles on the 70-inch TV in the room.
This lounge can accommodate up to six players and also offers in-room dining and a minibar.
Lastly, there's the Mercury Suite perfect for 3v3 gaming setups. Also an ideal room for streamers, this room comes with fun, customizable color-changing light panels and Razer's limited edition Hello Kitty-themed peripherals.
According to Fairmont, the luxury gaming suites are available to book now until April 2023. Play times are from 9 AM to 11 PM, and guests can only book in two or four-hour blocks only.
Prices for the room start at 180 SGD (around P7,000) for two hours of play.
