JejuAir offers up to P1,800 one-way fare to South Korea until Feb. 6
Filipinos raring to visit South Korea at a cheaper price may finally do so, as low-cost Korean airline Jeju Air is holding a super sale.
Jeju Air recently stated on its website that the total one-way fare to Seoul based on the following destinations would amount to:
- Manila – $46 (P2,500)
- Clark – $50 (P2,700)
- Bohol – $34 (P1,800)
- Cebu – $53 (P2,800)
The sales period is from Jan. 18 to Feb. 6, while the travel period is from March 26 to Oct. 28.
Jeju Air members are also entitled to promo codes.
VIP/Gold members, using the code "SUPERVIPGOLD," may get up to 11% off, while the rest may use "SUPERSALE23" for a 10% discount.
Membership benefits include a five to 20% discount at the Holiday Inn Express Seoul Hongdae, as well as late checkout. The place is a minute away from Exit 5 of the Hongik University subway station. The city is home to live music, busking, and several marketplaces.
Another benefit is a "Buy 1 Get 1" offer at the Korea Folk Village, which gives tourists a glimpse of the country's rich culture and history.
To avail of the offer, one must show their boarding pass to the ticket counter, and look for the group ticket or foreigner ticket office. It's available from March 26 to Oct. 28.
Those who are buying plane tickets are also eligible for Jeju Air's raffle consisting of a complimentary one-night stay at the Holiday Inn Express Seoul Hongdae, as well as free admission to the Korean Folk Village.
Winners must comment their booking proof (personal information may be partially wiped out) on the page's Facebook post, then tag at least three friends.
The event runs until Feb. 6, while raffle winners will be announced on Feb. 9.
