Live like Emily Cooper: This apartment in the ‘Emily in Paris’ building just hit the market

Have you ever dreamed of living a posh life like Emily Cooper in the series, Emily in Paris? Now you can because an apartment in the very building where the series was filmed has just hit the market.

The 1,970 sq. ft. third-floor flat located on Paris’ iconic Place de l’Estrapade has been newly listed. It’s a four-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment that looks out directly onto the courtyard—much like Cooper’s (minus the prying neighbors, of course).

Inside, the spacious apartment features airy rooms and timeless period details. There's an expansive double reception room which "features impressive ceiling height, a fireplace and large windows opening directly onto the square,” the listing read. “The abundant natural light enhances the apartment's original character, including exposed stone walls and parquet flooring.”

Nestled in the corner of the building, the eat-in kitchen features multiple windows that let in bright natural light and is equipped with luxurious Gaggenau appliances.

The sleeping quarters include a courtyard-facing bedroom with built-in storage, a second bedroom facing the street with its own dressing area, a windowed bathroom, and a separate powder room.

Completing the residence is a beautifully appointed primary suite, featuring a dressing room, a corner bedroom lined with large windows, and an elegant bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet.

This listing comes with a €3.5 million (~$4 million or P248 million) price tag.

Cooper's apartment has been a fixture in every season of the show so far, while each new installment also brings the cast to stunning filming locations across Europe.

Emily in Paris follows the story of Emily, played by Lily Collins, a marketing professional who moved to Paris for a job opportunity. It was renewed for its sixth season last January. Plot details are still under wraps, but it will take off from Emily's (Lily Collins) trip back to Paris from Venice after her split from Marcello (Eugenio Franceschini) from the previous season.

Other cast members include Ashley Park, Paul Forman, Eugenio Franceschini, Lucien Laviscount, Lucas Bravo, Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu, Samuel Arnold, Bruno Gouery, William Abadie, Thalia Besson, Arnaud Binard, Minnie Driver, Bryan Greenberg, and Michèle Laroque.
