Art comes home to Rustan’s

Rustan’s brought art, design, and refined living together in delightful fashion as it welcomed invited shoppers to the second year of its Home Month celebration with the return of the Rustan’s Home Art Series this August.

With the theme “Unveiling the Art of Refinement,” the stylish showcase offered a fascinating look at how collectible design can transform everyday spaces. Guests enjoyed discovering beautifully crafted objects that were as much conversation pieces as they were decorative accents—proving that the home can be a personal gallery of things one loves.

Rustan’s Art and Home event drew dedicated shoppers.

Among the crowd-pleasers was Lladró’s whimsical collaboration with Pokémon, turning beloved characters Pikachu and Eevee into exquisite handcrafted porcelain collectibles. Lalique’s Teddy Air added a playful sparkle to its celebrated crystal artistry, while Christofle’s sculptural Carrousel showed how an everyday dining accessory can become an elegant design statement.

Vietnamese artistry took an intriguing contemporary turn with Hanoia, featuring sculptural lacquer creations by acclaimed designer Pierre Charrié, where heritage craftsmanship meets modern form and movement.

Meanwhile, Taschen’s Baby Sumo Collection demonstrated that books can be art objects, too, with beautifully produced editions celebrating photography, fashion, art and design.

Lladro’s porcelain Pokemon figures are available in a limited edition.

The event was not just about looking—it was about discovering, appreciating and perhaps finding that one special piece that would make a home feel even more personal. With its engaging mix of craftsmanship, creativity and collectible design, the Rustan’s Home Art Series gave shoppers plenty to admire, discuss and, naturally, covet.
