Ryan Reynolds introduces Father's Day-themed cocktail called the 'Vasectomy'

Ryan Reynolds has released a new cocktail video fit for the tired dads in our lives: The Vasectomy. No, not the procedure, that’s the actual name of Reynold’s cocktail.

The 44-year old actor took to social media to introduce his cheeky concoction dubbed as the “the mother of all cocktails”, with a sarcastically narrated tutorial video.

"First: fill a tall glass with ice, the way children fill our lives with so much joy. Next, pour one ounce of cranberry juice, sweet, just like their little smiles. Then, pour three ounces of tonic, so bubbly, just like I feel every day I wake up after a long full night's sleep.”

“Now, add a dash of lemon juice, fresh if you have a few minutes to squeeze one or store-bought if the little ones have you running around a bit today, the little scamps," he adds. 

After topping it off with an orange peel, Ryan heartily drinks his mix and comments that it's "as refreshing as fatherhood."

There you have it, you finally have a Vasectomy - again, the drink.

Despite being a quick way to tickle the Internet’s funny bone during Father's Day, Reynold’s video serves as a sly advertisement for his own liquor company, Aviation American Gin, as his background is filled with its bottles. He also mentions the drink as "the world's highest-rated gin for the world's highest-rated job: Dad."

The Deadpool actor himself has three young daughters: James, Inez, and Betty, with wife and fellow actress Blake Lively.
