PSA: You can now book AirSWIFT flights between El Nido, other PH gems via Cebu Pacific’s system

Looking to hit the beach soon?

With summer just around the corner, many are hoping to have a beach getaway with their nearest and dearest. If you're one of them, you'd be happy to know that booking a flight to other Philippine gems has been made easier with the integration of AirSWIFT into Cebu Pacific.

In a Facebook post on March 25, Cebu Pacific said you can book direct AirSWIFT flights to and from El Nido, Boracay, Coron, Cebu, and Bohol as all AirSWIFT flights have been moved to the Cebu Pacific system.

On its website, Cebu Pacific reminded passengers that they'll receive a new itinerary receipt with a new booking reference number from Cebu Pacific via email.

They can manage bookings through the carrier's website and mobile app using that new booking reference number.

But if they booked through an accredited sales partner, they must reach out to their agent or contact the customer service team for assistance.

In October 2024, Cebu Pacific acquired the boutique airline AirSWIFT for P1.75 billion.

The budget airline was able to add five turboprops to its 15 fleet at the time, enhancing its capability to reach island destinations.

The deal led to the establishment of new routes to El Nido, complementing Cebu Pacific's previous Busuanga (Coron) and Puerto Princesa destinations.

At the time, AirSWIFT was the only airline offering direct flights to and from Lio Airport in El Nido, Manila, Cebu, Boracay, and Bohol.

Cebu Pacific previously said AirSWIFT would continue to operate as usual despite the acquisition, and passengers with existing bookings will be able to fly without any issues.
