Media Noche is the time when Pinoy families come together on the dining table to bond over a midnight feast and welcome another year.
If you don’t have much time to prepare and cook dishes for your spread, here are some food trays that won’t disappoint you and your loved ones as you ring in 2025.
Kanzen Sushi Roll
Kanzen Sushi Roll has sushi mix platters for the New Year with five variants: Cali Maki, Sesame, Kani Maki, Kani Sushi, and Kani Sashimi. They're available in different sizes, with prices ranging from P595 (40 pieces) to P2,975 (200 pieces). They also have prime boxes with premium flavors like Panko Bonito, Crabby Mango, Oko Maki, Spam Mayo, and more for P595 to P1,071 (from 40 pieces to 72 pieces).
Gabby's Kitchen
Gabby's Kitchen is offering food trays in family size and party size perfect for your gatherings at home. It's loved for its hearty dishes like lasagna and roast beef, though their baked salmon stands out for its creaminess that's balanced out with corn, carrots, and peas on the side. The food brand is still accepting orders for Dec. 31.
Esmeralda Kitchen
The offerings at Esmeralda Kitchen feel like home. They have Filipino favorites like lechon belly (P1,240 for 3-4 pax, P2,480 for 6-8 pax, and P4,960 for 12-16 pax), kare-kare (P1,480 for 3-4 pax, P2,960 for 6-8 pax, and P5,920 for 12-16 pax), and sisig (P580 for 3-4 pax, P1,160 for 6-8 pax, and P2,320 for 12-16 pax). Other food platters include honey pork belly ham (P1,420), chicken galantina (P2,800), potato salad (P1,200), and embotido (P560).
Gloria's Table
Gloria's Table also has food platters in big servings that don't compromise on taste. Their offerings include Cajun Chicken and Shrimp Aglio Olio, Baked Salmon, Garden Lasagna Roll, Baked Creamy Penne, Chicken Popcorn, among many others. It's still welcoming orders for Media Noche but note that a 50% downpayment is needed to secure your food tray order on Dec. 31.
DELICASEA Food Market
Do you and your family love seafood? You can count on DELICASEA Food Market, which serves cooked platters with mouthwatering takes on lobsters (from P2,300 to P4,000), crabs (from P1,300 to P3,200), prawns/shrimps (from P1,500 to P2,700), shellfish (from P1,600 to P2,600), fish (from P1,00 to P2,500), and squid (from P1,300 to P1,400). Most of their trays come in three sizes: 250 g for 2-3 pax, 500 g for 3-4 pax, and 1 kg for 6-8 pax.
