The quoted international fees are also inclusive of 7kg hand-carry baggage allowance, but are exclusive of web admin fees for short-haul and long-haul flights, respectively, and P550 international terminal fee and fuel surcharge.

Some other good news for travelers: the Civil Aeronautics Board has reduced the fuel surcharge from Level 15 to Level 9 starting July 1—the lowest since tensions in the Middle East caused oil prices to surge.
Under Level 9, the fuel surcharge is P287 to P839 for domestic flights and P947.30 to P7,044.27 for international trips.
