After the Dubai pistachio chocolates went viral on TikTok, many tried their hand. But the true genius behind the shredded phyllo, pistachio cream, and rich Belgian chocolate sensation, Filipino Chef Nouel Catis, is bringing his creations to the Philippines.

AF Hospitality announced its exclusive collaboration with Chef Nouel, bringing his signature SNA’AP Dubai Chocolate Bars and three brand-new, locally-inspired desserts to Amano, Ramen Ron, and Steak and Frice from April 11 to June 11.

At Steak and Frice, there's the Dubai Chocolate Crepe, which offers a chocolate crepe filled with dark chocolate and smooth pistachio cream, elevated by the crispy pistachio-kataifi crunch and roasted kataifi and pistachio nuts.

For a Japanese-inspired treat at Ramen Ron, experience the Dubai Chocolate Mochi, featuring a chewy mochi exterior, and milk chocolate and pistachio filling. It is also drizzled with pistachio sauce and the satisfying crunch of pistachio-kataifi and crushed nuts.

Lastly, A Mano brings Italian flair with its Dubai Chocolate Soft Serve, where their signature Burrata gelato soft serve is transformed into the viral chocolate. It's a velvety soft serve topped with dark chocolate shell and adorned with the signature pistachio-kataifi crunch, roasted kataifi, and crushed pistachios in a crisp waffle bowl.

AF Hospitality added that portion of the proceeds will benefit Dumagat cacao farmers through @MADTravel_ph’s Agro Forestry Program.

AF Hospitality also said that when you try all three desserts, collect all three stamps on their Dessert Passport be rewarded with a special treat.

The chunky, chocolate bars are made by Dubai-based shop FIX Dessert Chocolatier, which was just launched in 2021 by Sarah Hamouda.

The handmade bars feature colorful designs painted on each one and are packed with fillings that range from pistachio, cheesecake, Nutella brownies, vanilla custard with caramel and peanut butter, Karak, and pretzels.
