Imagination comes to life at Haraya Residences
Shang Robinsons Properties Inc. (SRPI) recently celebrated the grand launch of Haraya Residences with the unveiling of its showrooms at the heart of Bridgetown Estate in Pasig. The first to rise in the two-tower development is the 57-story South Tower with its 558 units.
The celebration was led by SRPI President Atty. Karlo Marco P. Estavillo and Shang Properties, Inc. Executive Director Wolfgang Krueger, together with SRPI Chairman and Presidential Adviser for Investments and Economic Affairs Frederick D. Go; JG Summit Holdings, Inc. Chairman James L. Go; Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) Residences Senior Vice President and Business Unit General Manager John Richard B. Sotelo; and FM Architettura founder and CEO Francesca Muzio.
Also present were Shang Properties, Inc. Executive Vice President Jose Juan Jugo, Senior Director for Group Sales Rosemarie Morales, and Marketing Director Jayme Uy.
Shang Robinsons Properties, Inc. is a joint venture between two real estate giants: Shang Properties, Inc. and Robinsons Land Corporation. Haraya Residences marks the second project of the group.
Estavillo said that the “ideal marriage” between Shang Properties Inc. and RLC first produced Aurelia Residences, which he described as the “gold standard of condos in BGC.”
“Now, we are giving birth to another beautiful child. With Haraya Residences, we are set to make history yet again. We have every confidence that Haraya Residences will very quickly become the gold standard of condos here in Pasig,” he added.
Krueger expressed his gratitude to RLC for trusting Shang Properties Inc., which resulted in “a very, very exciting project.”
“Many of us haven’t met in person for two and a half or three years, so this is really a project that was conceived and developed virtually. But rest assured, what’s coming up is quite spectacular,” he added.
Frederick Go shared that working with Shang Properties gives them “great pride and pleasure.”
During the affair, guests were given a showroom tour for a preview of what awaits them at Haraya Residences. Making the night more memorable, the group raffled off special accommodation packages in Shangri-La at the Fort, Shangri-La Mactan, and Shangri-La Boracay.
Open living like you've never experienced before
SRPI collaborated with top design firms to realize the vision of Haraya Residences. P&T Group architect and director Edgar Cozzio said that the buildings were shaped with the intention of providing spaces that will allow its residents to feel safe and cocooned in their homes, but at the same time enjoy a sense of freedom through generous outdoor living spaces.
Muzio injected one of the signature design features of Haraya Residences like the Italian-inspired loggias, an extension of one’s home that is also part of the exterior, like an intimate garden or an outdoor living room. Loggias are found across all homes within this vertical gated village, adding to the units’ flexible layout.
Haraya Residences has bedroom suites designed to create more fluidity between interior and exterior living, with spatial configurations that expand the very notion of a home. The one-bedroom unit reimagines traditional layouts with an additional flexible space and a loggiathat expands the airy living room.
The two-bedroom unit has expansive windows that extend from the living room to the guest and master bedrooms, opening the home to sweeping panoramic views. The three-bedroom unit, on the other hand, is designed for families and those seeking the luxury of space, with interior spaces merging seamlessly with the outdoors through the loggias.
Vibrancy in the community
At the very heart of Haraya Residences are its amenities, where privacy, community, and vibrant landscaping come together. Its outdoor amenities span up to 2,500 sqm, featuring a variety of beautifully tended green spaces and private nooks, as well as swimming pools and children’s play areas.
The indoor amenities, which cover roughly 2,270 sqm, feature unique venue spaces and lounges which include The Viewing Room where residents can catch a movie for free; The Library for bookworms; The Chef’s Kitchen to wine and dine or host private parties; The Studio and The Tea Room for students and working residents; The Playroom and The Game Room for the younger ones in the family; The Gym for fitness enthusiasts; and The Lobby Lounge, a versatile space for formal and informal occasions.
