But now one important question remains: What are the best tourist destinations to visit in each city?

According to Emirates, here are some of the hidden gems to explore in these popular destinations for you to be able to enjoy an unforgettable travel experience:

Madrid

If you're into shopping and enjoying some delicious food, Spain's most popular street, Calle Gran Via, is where you need to be as this area is chock-full of shops and restaurants that will surely satisfy your adventurous soul

Along the area is the Plaza del Callao, where you can marvel at the Monasterio de las Descalzas Reales. A place of worship and tranquility, the royal monastery holds thousands of artworks by famous painters and is the perfect spot to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Cinephiles will meanwhile enjoy the city's renowned theaters such as the Lope de Vega Theater, Teatro Rialto, EDP Gran Vía Theater, and Teatro Muñoz Seca.

Paris

For an adventure that's more than the iconic Eiffel Tower or the popular Louvre Museum, you may want to immerse yourself in the calming boat ride along the Canal Saint-Martin, which is touted to be a quieter and more laid-back counterpart of River Seine.

The 4.5-kilometer canal, of which 2 kilometers is underground, will take you through Paris' charming boutiques, cafes, and vibrant neighborhoods.

If you want an aesthetic place perfect for your Instagram pictures, you can make you way to the Cité des Fleurs, a cobblestoned street that's teeming with colorful houses and gorgeous blooms.

Milan

The Philippines has no shortage of quiet and cozy cafes, but if you want a cafe that not only provides scrumptious desserts, but is also rich in history, then make Bar Luce a priority in your travel bucket list.

The cafe is designed by renowned film director Wes Anderson, who is known for his distinctive visuals in his films such as The Grand Budapest Hotel, The Royal Tenenbaums, and more. For the shop's design, he took inspiration from the Italian pop culture of the 1950s and 1960s to pay homage to the city itself as well as Milanese cafes of the past.

For an even more unique and non-traditional tourist destination to visit, you may opt to try the Cimitero Monumentale. Regarded as one of the largest cemeteries in Milan at 250,000 square meters, Cimitero Monumentale is known for its sculptures, monuments, and tombs that were created by various renowned artists and architects.

Dubai

Those with a passion for art can enjoy the city's Dubai Design Week, which will take place from Nov. 5 to 10 this year. Here, you can enjoy exhibitions, marketplaces, and workshops at Dubai Design District that highlight architecture, product design, graphic design, and interiors.
