Binibining Pilipinas is back with its 60th edition, and it will feature a star-studded host lineup, show-stopping performances, and stunning delegates on the coronation night this weekend.

40 binibinis from across the country will show their charm, stunning outfits, and wit on the finale night happening on Sunday, July 7, 8 p.m. at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

In this Diamond Jubilee edition, the local organization will crown two highly coveted titles, Miss International and Miss Globe, and runner-up positions.

Here’s what to expect at this year’s competition.

Stellar host lineup

Some of the most iconic beauty queens will have their mini-reunion on the coronation night.

Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray leads the lineup of hosts which also includes Miss International 2016 and actress Kylie Verzosa, Miss Universe 2014 semifinalist MJ Lastimosa, and Miss Grand International 2016 1st runner-up Nicole Cordoves.

They will also be joined by actress and former beauty queen Ruffa Gutierrez.

OPM icons to perform on stage

P-pop Kings SB19 will be returning to the Bb. Pilipinas stage two years since they first performed a new version of the pageant’s theme, Win Your Heart in 2022.

TJ Monterde and Dilaw singer Maki will also serenade the crowd and the delegates.

Completing the all-male lineup are OPM legends Gary Valenciano and Martin Nievera.

Special guest

Miss International 2023 winner Andrea Rubio will also grace the stage on the finals night. During last year’s competition, the Venezuelan model bested 69 other beauty queens around the globe. She is a strong advocate of women’s rights which was reflected in her winning answer during the Q&A.

Some of her initiatives were the “I dream, I can” program which seeks to make a significant change in the lives of little girls in her country, and social media campaign #InLoveWithMyself to echo women's empowerment.

Prizes

Two new crowns crafted by jeweler Manny Halasan will be bestowed by current titleholders, Bb. Pilipinas International Angelica Lopez and Bb. Pilipinas Globe Anna Lakrini, to their respective successors.

According to the Binibining Pilipinas Charities Inc. (BPCI), each crown features "ethical diamonds, reflecting not only their brilliance but also [the organization's] commitment to responsible sourcing."

“The design beautifully incorporates three stars and a radiant sun, symbolizing the essence of the Philippines and our nation's proud heritage," BPCI stated.

Aside from the highly coveted crowns and titles, two winners will take home P1 million each.

The runners-up, meanwhile, will be given P400,000 each.
