Rumor: Xian Lim to move to GMA-7, will work with Jennylyn Mercado in soap opera
It seems another star assoociated with ABS-CBN will be making the move to GMA-7.
According to a report in Pilipino Star Ngayon, actor Xian Lim will be part of an upcoming soap opera on the Kapuso Network.
If reports are to be believed, Xian will be paired with GMA-7 actress Jennylyn Mercado.
PEP reports that soap opera Xian and Jennylyn will star has a working title of Love. Die. Repeat. The report added that shooting for the show will begin next month, barring any issues with their schedules.
Xian, if the project pushes through, will join ABS-CBN stars such as Pokwang and Beauty Gonzalez who have been confirmed to be doing shows with rival network GMA-7.
In comedienne Pokwang's case, not only will she do shows with GMA-7, but she also signed as a talent with GMA Artist Center, the network's talent management arm.
Xian, meanwhile, has been a talent of Viva Artist Agency, leaving ABS-CBN's Star Magic in 2018. He recently did a game show with TV5 titled 1000 Heartbeats: Pintig Pinoy, which recently ended its first season.
