How do you carry a statement when you're only wearing so little, say a bikini? Make sure that outside strength and sexiness within harmonize well enough and translate to sass!
That's what Iloilo City's Rabiya Mateo exactly did after winning the Best in Swimsuit segment of the Miss Universe 2020 (MUP) pageant. She won the special award at the preliminary portion of the competition, held Friday morning at the Baguio Country Club in Baguio City.

Mateo graduated as university valedictorian with cum laude honors, becoming a national reviewer in physical therapy later en route to her causes.
"(That) gave me an opportunity to teach and travel all over the Philippines like Iloilo, Manila, Ilocos, and Bicol," she said in an interview with MUP previously.
"I work with 'Feed me and I read you' program that aims to conquer hunger and improve the learning capacity of a child."
Mateo, 24, is among 46 others vying for the first MUP crown.
The finale takes place this Sunday 9am online (Empire.PH) and on free TV (GMA-7).
