Pinoys get hilariously creative in showing ‘proof of delivery’ of online orders

Published Nov 21, 2020 1:13 am

Been shopping a ton online?

While it’s undeniably an enjoyable activity, the only not-so-fun parts of it are 1.) spending too much money and 2.) receiving it. Accepting your order at your doorstep may sometimes be a hassle as it has no definite time. It may come while you’re still sleeping, when you haven’t taken a bath, or in the middle of a hectic day—and so, you’re usually left with no choice but to face the messenger with a stressed or a “just woke up” look.

For that reason, some Pinoys decided to be ~extra~ for a day by glamming up for a “proof of delivery” photoshoot.

A former flight attendant went viral for the photos he shared with his order, looking dapper in a maroon suit and groomed hair. Quoting fashion icon Tom Ford, he wrote in the caption: “Dressing well is a form of good manners.”

A netizen did the same thing in full-on hair and makeup and fierce poses that complemented her subtle-yet-sexy OOTD. She wrote in a Facebook post, “Proof of Received Parcel!” with the hashtag #VavaengMarangalChallenge

Meanwhile, a Facebook user took it up a notch by posing in front of a background that says “Natanggap ko na,” referring to her parcel. Sporting muted makeup and off-shoulder jackets, she completed her look with hoop earrings.

Which “proof of delivery” look stood out to you the most?
