LOOK: 'Dear Evan Hansen' in Manila ticket prices, show dates

Calling all theater fans! The show dates and ticket prices for the Manila run of Dear Evan Hansen have been revealed.

On March 28, GMG Productions announced that it would be bringing the Tony Award-winning musical to the Philippines later in the year.

Ahead of the UnionBank Visa Pre-Sale on April 8, the TicketWorld website now lists the 22 shows happening at The Theatre at Solaire in Parañaque City.

Dear Evan Hansen will premiere in Manila on Sept. 4, while the last performance will take place on Sept. 21. See the full list of shows and times below.

Dear Evan Hansen tells the story of Evan, an anxious high school student longing for a sense of belonging. When a misunderstanding spirals into something far bigger than he ever imagined, he faces an impossible decision: Tell the truth and lose everything, or embrace a lie that brings him closer to the life he has always dreamed of.

As the story unfolds, Evan navigates the complexities of truth, connection, and self-acceptance in a world that often feels isolating.  

The Manila leg will feature the UK touring production with music by the Emmy, Grammy, Tony, and Oscar-winning duo Benj Pasek and Justin Paul and a book by Steven Levenson.  

Tickets will be available first via UnionBank Visa Pre-sale from April 8, 10 a.m. to April 9, 11:59 p.m., UnionBank All Cards Pre-sale from April 10, 10 a.m. to April 11, 11:59 p.m., and GMG Productions Waitlist from April 14, 10 a.m. to 11:59 p.m.

General public sale, meanwhile, begins on April 15, 10 a.m.

Debuted on Broadway in 2016, the musical has won four Tony Awards, including Best Musical, the Olivier Award for Best New Musical, and the Grammy Award for Best Musical Theater Album.
