The weekend is coming up again, the perfect time to cozy up indoors with popcorn, soda and a fresh serving of streaming films and series you can binge watch after a week of work.

Heist films and series seem to be more popular these days with various streaming networks featuring both classic and new heist-related offerings. There's also an assortment of horror, drama, true crime shows and more on this week's top trending lists. Check out our top picks for this weekend.



Synopsis: Inspired by the adventures of Arsène Lupin, gentleman thief Assane Diop sets out to avenge his father for an injustice inflicted by a wealthy family.

Tower Heist

Synopsis: Dom Cobb (Leonardo DiCaprio) steals information from his targets by entering their dreams. Saito offers to wipe clean Cobb's criminal history as payment for performing an inception on his sick competitor's son.

The Hustle

Synopsis: Anne Hathaway and Rebel Wilson star as female scam artists, one low rent and the other high class, who team up to take down the dirty rotten men who have wronged them.

The Handmaid’s Tale

Synopsis: A dystopian tragedy television series based on the 1985 novel of the same name by Margaret Atwood. The plot features a dystopia following a Second American Civil War wherein a totalitarian society subjects fertile women, called “Handmaids,” to child-bearing slavery.
