"Miss us?"

Two years since closing its doors amid the COVID-19 pandemic, 12 Monkeys Music Hall and Pub is ushering a return to the tune of excited fans and the local music scene.

Founded by 12 familiar names in the local music industry such as Chito Miranda, Champ Lui Pio, Keith Haw, JM Rodriguez, Raymund Magdaluyo, DJ Tony Toni Bueno, and more, the Pasig and Makati-based bar has seen the rise of many names and debut shows in the scene.

Now, it's set to make history in a new nearby location.

They first shared that they will be closing "until further notice" on March of 2020. Their signature pub in Pasig has been stripped of the 12 Monkeys logo and amenities ever since.

Shortly after teasing their return on social media, 12 Monkeys shared that they will be opening up shop in Estancia at Capital Commons in Pasig City.

Their new location will be a mere 10 minutes away from their original area in Pasig's Ortigas Center.

"The very best in live entertainment. Jamming soon," they wrote alongside a photo of the original 12 Monkeys logo.

A number of musicians have since celebrated 12 Monkey's return.

"Ayan na..." Chito Miranda wrote with the sunglasses and rock sign emoji.

Hale frontman Champ Pio also hyped up the comments section with "Here we go!"

In both posts, excited followers couldn't help but tag their friends to set the date for 12 Monkey's highly-anticipated comeback, along with the stellar lineup that many are already expecting.

As of writing, the pub has yet to announce when they'll be holding their Estancia opening.
