Honor Magic6 Pro

HONOR's latest device, the Magic6 Pro, boasts the prowess of an AI camera for improved smartphone photography.

Specs-wise, this premium phone is equipped with a 50MP wide camera, 50MP ultra-wide camera, and 108MP periscope telephoto camera with features including 100x digital zoom and automatic detection of facial expressions and body movement.

In front, the phone has a curved 6.8-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 50MP selfie camera.

The Magic6 Pro is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, Adreno 750 GPU, 12GB of RAM, 512GB of internal storage, and a 5,600mAh battery capable of 80W wired and 66W wireless charging.

The Honor Magic6 Pro, coming in Epi Green and Black, is priced at P59,999 and is available for pre-order from May 9 to 17 via Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop.

New iPads and Apple Pencil Pro

On May 8 (Philippine time), Apple launched its latest line of tablets which includes the iPad Pro with the new M4 chip, the refreshed iPad Air, and a new Apple Pencil Pro.

The new iPad Pro comes in two sizes, 11- and 13-inch, and is now thinner at 5.1mm. It comes with a 12MP wide camera capable of 4K shooting and a landscape 12MP ultrawide front camera with Center Stage support.

Meanwhile, the new iPad Air, equipped with an M2 chip, also comes in 11- and 13-inch sizes and more colorway options such as Blue, Purple, Starlight, and Space Gray.

Along with the new iPads are updated accessories like the third-gen Apple Pencil Pro with advanced features like a squeeze function to switch between tools, light weights, and colors.

MyOPPO summer perks

This month, users of the MyOPPO app can get a chance to score vouchers from OPPO's partner brands Macao Imperial Tea, Llao Llao, McDonald's, Domino's, and Classic Savory.

HUAWEI Pura 70 Series

HUAWEI kicks its P series up a notch as it gets refreshed with a new name: Pura. And with the fresh moniker comes a new smartphone series, the Pura 70, Pura 70 Pro, and Pura 70 Ultra which boast a stylish look and a flagship camera.

The base model, Pura 70, features a 6.6-inch display with 120Hz and durable Kulnun Glass; 12GB of RAM; 4,900mAh battery with 66W SuperCharge, 50W Wireless Supercharge, and 7.5W reverse charging; and white, pink, and black colorways.

Meanwhile, the Pura 70 Pro comes in just sleeker black and white colors and boasts a 50MP "Ultra Lighting" main camera, 12.5MP ultra-wide angle lens, and 48MP "Ultra Lighting" macro telephoto shooter for taking more crisp pictures.

The most premium of the bunch, the Pro 70 Ultra, comes with a faux leather back in either green or black. Its specs are also beefed up as it has 16GB RAM, a 5,050mAh battery, and a 6.8-inch display.

Its cameras are also more advanced as the 50MP main shooter has a pop-up mechanism to gather more light and make your photos clearer. The camera array is completed by a 40MP ultra-wide angle and 50MP macro telephoto lens.
