The second season of Netflix's live-action Avatar: The Last Airbender is coming sooner than you think!

The streaming giant announced that the new episodes will hit the platform on June 25.

It also gave a sneak peek into the "Gaang"'s adventures in the Earth Kingdom. This season, Aang (Gordan Cormier) is on the search for an earthbending teacher, so he can be one step closer to mastering all four elements before he faces off against Fire Lord Ozai (Daniel Dae Kim).

Executive producer Jabbar Raisani shared with Tudum how this upcoming season will be different.

"Our goal for season 1 was to introduce the audience to this group of characters that were kids in the middle of a war zone. And [in] season 2, we take those kids and they grow. But groth is not a straight line... They're really trying to figure out who they are," he said.

Season 2 will introduce one beloved character from the 2005 cartoon: Toph Beifong, a blind earthbender who'll be played by Miyako Cech.
