Ever been to a movie theater with beds? You can soon at this BGC cinema

Is there anything better than a cinema with plush reclining loveseats? Turns out, there is! This soon-to-open movie theater in Fort Bonifacio replaces seats with luxury beds.

A first in the Philippines, the Uptown Tempur Cinema in Uptown Bonifacio will feature "top-notch seats and seating configuration comparable to a first-class airplane cabin" from Tempur, a known manufacturer of specialized beds, pillows, and mattresses.

Instead of traditional movie seats, the luxury bed cinema has beds where you can lay back and catch the latest blockbusters. So yes, this is a great option if you're watching a three-hour film in the cinema.

To create a home-like movie-watching experience, one where you can snuggle with your movie buddy, there are pillows and a fleece blanket for you to use.

Megaworld told PhilSTAR L!fe that the cinema has a total of 32 beds for a maximum capacity of 64.

Of course, you'll need to spend a little more for this experience. Each ticket is priced at P1,000, but it already comes with complimentary popcorn and drinks.
