Movie fans, here’s a piece of good news!

Some of Universal Pictures’ classic horror films will be available for viewing on YouTube this month, absolutely free.

Seven movies will be uploaded on the Fear: The Home Of Horror YouTube channel starting Jan. 15. Viewers can enjoy each film for a week.

The premiere schedule will be as follows:

  • Jan. 15 – Dracula (1931) and The Mummy (1932)
  • Jan. 16 – Frankenstein (1931) and Bride Of Frankenstein (1935)
  • Jan. 17 – The Invisible Man (1933), The Wolf Man (1941) and Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein (1948)

These horror, fantasy, thriller, and science fiction flicks from Universal Pictures frightened a generation of audiences from the 1920s until the 1950s. It’s also worth noting that the Universal Classic Monsters series is the first shared universe in mainstream film.
