Known for their contributions to the official soundtrack of 2gether: The Series, Thai alt-pop sensation Scrubb has skyrocketed to global stardom alongside the show's young lead actors, Vachirawit Chivaaree (Bright) and Metawin Opas-iamkajorn (Win). With 18 songs featured on the series' OST, Scrubb’s music has become synonymous with the heartwarming romance and universal appeal of the hit TV series.

Scrubb’s allure goes beyond their OST fame. With six studio albums under their belt, they dazzled Filipino fans with new and old favorites at their Manila show earlier this year. They played their hits Everything, Only You, Deep and Soulmate, and they had the place moving with nostalgia and excitement.

With six studio albums under their belt, Scrubb dazzled Filipino fans with new and old favorites.

They were very thankful for the great reception from listeners in the Philippines, especially in 2020 when they collaborated with OPM band Ben&Ben for the single Everything. Because of that collaboration, they grew a Filipino fanbase that constantly demanded a live show in the country. "Our hearts are filled with happiness to receive such reception. All praises to Ben&Ben," Torpong Chantabubpha, nicknamed Ball, expressed.

The pair shares a passion for storytelling, and collaboration is a major principle in their creative process. Thawatpon Wongboonsiri, or Muey, the lead vocalist, shared, "Sometimes one of us works on the beats while the other handles the lyrics, but we always check in with one another to see how we can best fit our contributions to the music we make."

While they explore different themes in their music, Muey said they love “writing songs that give motivation to the audience, especially those struggling and having difficulty in all facets of life.”

Fans described Scrubb’s concert as "surreal" and "euphoric." Scrubb made the songs feel alive but at the same time comforting and magical, which explains why their music moves so many people.

Fans of 2gether: The Series had a magical time at Scrubb's Manila show earlier this year.

Since their Manila concert, the band has been busy with shows in their home country Thailand, with a show in Japan this November. They will continue to share their music with the world and reach more of their international listeners.
