The GRAMMYs 2023 stars will each receive a gift bag worth P3 million—here’s what’s inside
While not all of them will win a Grammy, the stars who will attend the 2023 awards ceremony will receive gift bags worth $60,000 (or P3 million) each.
As its official partner, Distinctive Assets—an entertainment marketing company based in Los Angeles—is in charge of the GRAMMYs Gift Lounge where guests can get a myriad of items and services, from affordable ones to the more extravagant.
“While our gifts are known far and wide for being fun, fabulous, useful, and unique, they also serve a grander purpose,” Lash Fary of Distinctive Assets said in a press release.
“Many of the brands we include are from a diverse and inclusive array of small businesses who meaningfully benefit from the worldwide exposure that being associated with music’s biggest night affords them. This is celebrity marketing with a mission,” he added.
According to an exclusive report by entertainment portal Page Six, included in the package for this year's edition is a gift card from Art Lipo plastic surgery that can be used for liposuction among other cosmetic and rejuvenation procedures worth $10,000 (over P500,000).
Other items that are part of the swag bag are a Bugaboo Fox 3 Stroller worth over $1,200 (over P60,000), TurboFlex sunglasses exclusively designed for the event, products from luxury beauty brand Miage worth $515 (almost P30,000), robotic cleaner from Aiper Seagall Plus worth $500 (over P25,000), and ReFa shower head worth $325 (over P17,000).
According to the report, “all presenters, performers, and Grammy executives will receive this year’s swag bag.” This includes Harry Styles, Lizzo, Sam Smith, and Bad Bunny, among others.
The 65th Annual GRAMMY Awards will be held on Sunday, Feb. 5 in Los Angeles. The star-studded affair will be hosted by Trevor Noah.
